GX Clinical Pilates [Physiotherapist-Led]

Making optimal health inevitable

What is Clinical Pilates?

Clinical Pilates is Pilates taught by a qualified physiotherapist who uses their medical knowledge of anatomy, injury, and rehabilitation to adapt every exercise for your specific body and goals.

It’s evidence-based movement therapy—not just generic exercise classes.

What makes our classes different?

🧠 Specialists in Back Injury Recovery

Back pain can often make people cautious, and move towards increased stiffness and weakness. Rather – with our expertise in Back Pain & Rehab after Surgery, we are perfectly placed to assist in getting you stronger than you were before!

Small class sizes

We are normally 6-8 people in attendance! Therefore able to modify exercises, and keep sight of if we need to make tweaks – necessary when we’re helping people stay away from back pain..for life!

  • Evidence-based practice

Always keeping in touch with advances in evidence and our own CPD. We also complete training with local Consultants in every discipline, especially Spinal. This enables our skills to remain sharp!

  • Injury-informed approach

Being Physiotherapists with a wealth of experience, we are able to pick up on small comments that help direct our Pilates sessions, or direct you towards one of our team to have a Physio assessment, or even have your bloods taken to analyse.
