- Unlimited use. Unlike insurance, there’s no cap on how many sessions you can book or how many services you can access. One or two sessions could in theory pay for the membership; everything after that is pure saving.
- Complimentary Access to Community Health Talks. We run monthly Bubbles & Nibbles health events exclusively for members, with talks delivered by a Specialist Physiotherapist, and a Medical Consultant in that field.

Fortify Membership FAQs
- Does the discount apply to all types of appointments?
The 10% discount applies to our standard appointment types. For example our Physio Express Consultation (normally £65, reduced to £58.50 for members). Group Pilates 20% off. Full Body MOT and Running MOT 30% off.
It cannot be used with appointment packs - which have been discontinued.
- Can I use my membership discount with appointment packs?
No, the membership discount applies to standard appointment rates only and cannot be combined with appointment packs or other offers. Appointment packs already include a discount, so these are separate savings options. If you already have an appointment pack, simply use this up first, then your membership discount will automatically apply to future appointments.
- Can my family use my membership discount?
Membership benefits apply to the named member only. However, we do offer Family Membership options - please contact us for details.
- How do I cancel my membership?
Simply email us at hello@gxphysio.co.uk with 30 days' notice. Your membership will remain active until the end of your membership year, and so you'll continue to receive your discount during this time. It will expire on the annual event of when you took your membership out.
- What happens if I need to miss a month of appointments?
Your membership continues regardless of whether you book appointments that month. There's no "pause" option, but you can cancel with 30 days' notice if you need to stop your membership temporarily.
- Will I definitely get an appointment when I want one?
Membership gives you priority booking, but appointments are still subject to clinician availability. We'll always do our best to accommodate your preferred times.
Terms & Conditions
Discount & Benefits
- Your membership discount of 10% applies to our standard appointment rates only (currently £65 for a standard 30-minute physiotherapy session, reduced to £58.50 with membership)
- The 10% discount cannot be combined with appointment packs, promotional offers, vouchers, or any other discounts
- If you have an existing appointment pack, you may continue to use this until it’s finished, then your membership discount will apply to subsequent appointments
- Membership benefits apply to the named member only and cannot be transferred to family members or friends
- The discount applies to appointments with any of our Clinicins at any of our clinic locations
Payment Terms
- Membership fees are collected annually via Direct Debit on the date you sign up – and remains active unless cancelled.
- Cancellation is to be made in writing 30 days before membership ending, or of course you can cancel at any time and your membership will run until the end of the membership year for you to make use of your benefits.
- Your first payment will be taken immediately upon signup
- Refunds are only available if we have made an administrative error
Cancellation Policy
- To cancel your membership, please email us at hello@gxphysio.co.uk with at least 30 days’ notice
- Your membership benefits will remain active until the end of your notice period
- Any appointments booked during your notice period will still receive the membership discount
Appointments
- Membership does not guarantee appointment availability – all appointments are subject to clinician availability
- Standard cancellation policies apply (48 hours’ notice required)
- Missed appointments without adequate notice may still be charged at the discounted member rate
Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to update membership fees and terms with 30 days’ notice to existing members
- Any changes will be communicated via email
