I contacted Tim after an old issue in my foot flared up which made walking normally an issue. He was quick to diagnose the problem on our initial call and provided a complete treatment plan with regular checkups and adjustments as I healed I was concerned that receiving treatment online would be a poor substitute for in person consultations. But, I’m happy to report that Tim professional approach made the remote sessions highly beneficial and quickly had me walking normally again!

I’ve been nomadic in the last few months, and it’s been really cool to be able to have my appointments wherever I am. I used the TrackActive app which was really useful, both to remind me, and motivate me to do my exercises, and look back at my progress. I’ve got a massively improved understanding of my body and I feel confident that I can continue building the strength I need to have a strong and functional body. Tim’s been incredibly helpful, supportive, and professional, I can’t recommend him enough.

The OP service was fantastic and friendly! I had two injuries at once and am in a place where there are no physiotherapists available. Tim gave expert advice and I found issues I had, started improving very quickly.
This option was a lifesaver for me and I found doing it online worked just as well as if I was able to walk in the door.
Am very thankful for Tim’s help and amazed at how quickly the pain was gone and normal movement restored.

I can’t recommend Tim enough. He’s a true professional in his field, friendly, caring, easy to talk to, and he’s been instrumental in my recovery from a turf toe injury. After the NHS failed to identify what was wrong with my foot and refused to see me due to Covid, I resorted to searching for help online, and I am so glad I did. His recommended exercises were safe, effective and I could easily complete them at home without any special equipment. I am now able to move my toe, hike and enjoy yoga as I did pre-injury.

I can now do things I couldn’t do before – even simple tasks like driving or walking that were affected, I can now do with ease. Tim knows exactly how to tweak the exercise based on the pain, I couldn’t recommend him enough!
