Tim is Director of GX Physio, Advanced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, and Consultant to Healthtech firms. He has been a Chartered Physiotherapist for over 10 years, specialising in Musculoskeletal pathologies and injuries and their management.
His vision for GX Physio is to establish a team of leading Physiotherapy specialists with high levels of experience, kindness, integrity and fun! To be recognised as the leading Physiotherapy provider in the UK, renowned for its excellence of service, kindness of practitioners, and exceptional results.
Tim graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2010, graduating with a BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy. From here he became a specialist musculoskeletal Physio in a major trauma centre in the UK where he honed his Orthopaedic craft. In 2016, Tim moved to Buckinghamshire and worked at Stoke Mandeville in Spinal Injuries Rehab developing further expertise there. In 2017-2018, Tim moved to South Sudan where he opened the only Physiotherapy Clinic in the capital of Juba, and treated international and national humanitarian workers, and volunteered in the refugee camp. In 2019, Tim returned to the UK and opened up a Physio Clinic in Hertfordshire and also set up privately in Buckinghamshire.
In 2019, Tim founded The Online Physiotherapist after an epiphany moment around the real power of Physiotherapy, and astonished by what the evidence speaks to relying on manual therapy techniques alone. A hybrid model of care is often the one that yields really effective results, but ultimately you get to choose your methodology of choice! This business continues to be successful in its outcomes! In Jan 2020, Tim founded Bucks Physio after driving deep roots in the area From 2020, Tim has advised, helped build and provide insight into new Healthtech products going to market. His ultimate passion is to maximise health in every sphere of a person’s life. Tim took on the privilege of running GX Physio in Feb 2023.
When Tim is out of the office, he loves to travel the world with his wife and family, cycle and run around the Gerrards Cross community with his young daughter in her running buggy, and hike into the mountains!
